These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and EdgeKeeper ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the EdgeKeeper platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Not financial advice. EdgeKeeper provides AI-powered behavioral and psychological mentorship for traders. Nothing on this platform — including anything said by Marcus or Iris — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or guidance regulated under any financial services law. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
EdgeKeeper is a trading psychology and behavioral development platform. It provides AI mentor personas ("Marcus" and "Iris"), a trading journal, a rules engine, a Guardian Layer for personal risk discipline, voice sessions, and related analytics tools.
Marcus and Iris are AI personas powered by large language models. They are not real people, licensed financial advisors, therapists, psychologists, or coaches. Their outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate. Always apply your own judgment.
The Guardian Layer is a personal behavioral discipline tool. It is not a regulatory-compliant risk management system, is not monitored by any financial authority, and does not protect you from losses beyond what you choose to configure.

We are not liable for losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, or from unauthorized access you did not promptly report.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others, transfer your account, or allow third parties to use your account.

Prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file on the renewal date. We use Polar.sh to process payments — we never store your card number or bank account details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account Settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are a new paid member and your first month does not change how you see your own trading psychology, you may request a full refund of that first payment within 30 days of the charge, no questions asked. Contact billing@edgekeeper.io.
Beyond the first-month guarantee, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods already paid, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan or suspended. Access to paid features will be paused until payment is resolved.
Each plan includes a monthly limit on mentor message exchanges. Limits reset on your billing anniversary date. Unused exchanges do not roll over. When you approach your monthly limit, the platform will notify you. Once the limit is reached, new exchanges are paused until the next billing period.
Voice sessions are available on the Professional plan and above. Voice usage limits are as defined in your plan at time of subscription.
You agree to use EdgeKeeper only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Content you create within EdgeKeeper — including journal entries, trading rules, notes, and Guardian Layer configurations — remains yours. You retain all intellectual property rights in your content.
By using the Service, you grant EdgeKeeper a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. We do not use your conversation content to train AI models. We do not sell, license, or share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The EdgeKeeper platform, including its design, software, AI persona configurations, branding, and content we create, is our proprietary property protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property rights to you.
EdgeKeeper integrates with third-party services to deliver the platform:

Your use of these services through our platform is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI mentor responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate. You assume full responsibility for your reliance on any output from the Service.
We expressly disclaim any representation that the Service will improve your trading performance, prevent trading losses, or achieve any specific behavioral outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EdgeKeeper and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to EdgeKeeper in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EdgeKeeper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time via Settings. Upon account closure, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of a paid period.
If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and pro-rata refunds where applicable.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@edgekeeper.io and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving notice.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which EdgeKeeper is registered, at our election, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, if you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract, those laws continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EdgeKeeper regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings relating to it.
